Crepe Batter

Crepes are so versatile, you can fill it with pretty much anything you’d like and it will taste good.  Use the crepe batter recipe for your next dessert or meal!


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp vegetable oil


Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together using a hand mixer until consistency is smooth.

Step 2

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour

Step 3

Heat a skillet over medium high heat and brush with oil or cooking spray.

Step 4

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and tilt the pan to completely coat the bottom of the skillet. Cook for 2-4 minutes and turn once until light golden color.

Step 5

Remove the crepe from the pan and fill it with savory or sweet ingredients. Some ideas for a sweet treat is filling the crepe with vanilla custard or pudding and topping the crepe off with whipped cream drizzle with your favorite dessert drizzle toppings such as chocolate, caramel, or strawberries. The possibilities are endless!
