Chinese brown sauce is the base of many chinese stir fry dishes.  Master this recipe and you can make thousands of chinese dishes!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup chicken stock
  • 3 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 ½ tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. white wine
  • 2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp. minced green onion
  • 2 tbsp. minced ginger
  • 2 tbsp. minced garlic

Method

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and let it rest for 10-15 minutes to let all the flavors infuse. Use in stir-fry dishes such as Chicken with Broccoli.
